4 stores will open simultaneously at Newman Takanawa in September 2025 !

On Friday, September 12, 2025, four new restaurants, including new types of establishments, will open simultaneously on the fourth floor of NEWoMan Takanawa South, a new facility with a total floor space of approximately 60,000 m2, the largest in Lumine’s history.
In addition to Rigo, which is popular in Oahu, Hawaii, making its Japan debut, four restaurants with different concepts, including soba, yakiniku, and cafes, will offer new dining experiences on one floor. Don’t miss it!


Rigo SPANISH ITALIAN

We reconstruct the two traditional food cultures of Spain and Italy with a free Hawaiian sensibility. We deliver a menu that brings out the natural appeal of the ingredients. The food menu offers a wide variety of tapas, homemade pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, pasta with a focus on both the sauce and noodles, main dishes, and even authentic paella.
In addition to the open-air main dining area, there is also a bar area that feels like you’re overseas, even though it is directly connected to the station, and a terrace area with a resort feel. The terrace area is pet-friendly. There is also an outdoor bar counter, so you can use it in a variety of styles regardless of the occasion.


SOBA TOYODA

A soba restaurant where you can enjoy fragrant handmade soba noodles and a la carte dishes and tempura made from carefully selected ingredients, and where you can also enjoy both food and drinks.
They serve handmade soba noodles made in-house using the best buckwheat flour for that season. They have a wide variety of soba dishes that you can enjoy casually, including the classic Zaru soba and bukkake soba. They also have a wide selection of tempura made with carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, and a la carte dishes that you can enjoy as an a la carte “pre-soba.”
In addition, they have a wide selection of sake, shochu, and even wines that go well with soba and Japanese food, making it the perfect place for a quick drink or as a bar.


YAKINIKU TAKANAWA

Enjoy authentic yakiniku with carefully selected meat and natural seasoning in a relaxing space filled with the warmth of wood.
We offer high-quality beef, from standard cuts to rare cuts, procured through special routes, in a recommended style that makes the most of the individuality and characteristics of each cut. We do not use any chemical seasonings, even in sauces and a la carte dishes, and are committed to natural seasonings that bring out the original flavor of the ingredients. We also have a wide selection of side dishes that go perfectly with yakiniku, such as homemade kimchi made with a secret recipe, chijimi with plenty of vegetables, and cold noodles with a simple yet unforgettable taste. In addition, we also offer a wide selection of sours and cocktails made with fresh fruit, and casual wines selected from all over the world.

SOW COFFEE ROASTERS

Sense of Wonder
SOW COFFEE ROASTERS practices direct trade with “visible producers” and visits farms around the world to purchase coffee and tea leaves with a story and ingredients. At the roastery cafe, which is attached to the roastery, we offer specialty coffee and drinks made by creative baristas along with homemade pastries made with seasonal ingredients. We deliver an exciting experience of “surprisingly delicious encounters.” We put our heart into every process of “From Seed to Cup” and continue to sow the “seeds” of deliciousness, aiming for a future in which the people and local communities involved are sustainable and prosperous.
