A blend coffee crafted by a restaurant, designed to pair perfectly with food.
This signature coffee features a medium-dark roasted Brazilian base, accented with a light-roasted Ethiopian bean processed through anaerobic fermentation.
It offers rich notes of nuts and chocolate, with a subtle berry and red wine-like finish.
Perfectly balanced to pair with meals or desserts throughout the day, this is our go-to coffee for any occasion.

rafted for every dining moment — from morning to dessert.
This all-day house blend was born from the desire of restaurant professionals to create a coffee that complements every meal. Just as a chef carefully pairs ingredients, our roaster blends beans from different origins to create a new flavor that highlights the unique characteristics of each.
At its base is a full-bodied Brazilian coffee with notes of chocolate and nuts—an ideal match for milk, cheese, or desserts. To that, we add an Ethiopian coffee reminiscent of mixed berries, red wine, and seasoning spices. The result is a cup with rich body and sweetness, accented by gentle fruit acidity—much like a well-loved daily Cabernet Sauvignon.
