HUGE established HUGE Hospitality Universal Group Inc. (“HUG”) to lead the development of its restaurant and hotel businesses outside Japan. Through HUG, we operate Rigo SPANISH ITALIAN in Hawaii, bringing to a wider audience the restaurant culture HUGE has cultivated since its founding—one built on uncompromising quality and heartfelt hospitality.

A New Stage of Growth
In December 2025, HUGE entered into a definitive agreement to form a strategic capital partnership with L Catterton, one of the world’s largest consumer-focused private equity firms. Together, we aim to accelerate the growth of our business in Japan while drawing on L Catterton’s global expertise and network to support our expansion overseas.
Our current management team will continue to lead the company as we pursue our mission of creating restaurants that become lasting and valued parts of their communities—in Japan and around the world.
