FOOD ALLERGY POLICY

At HUGE Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and enjoyable experience across our products and services. Effective August 1, 2026, we will operate under the following Food Allergy Policy.

To help our customers make informed choices, we provide allergen information for each product.
However, as a variety of ingredients are prepared and handled in the same kitchens and facilities, it is not possible to completely prevent cross-contact of allergens through shared cooking equipment, utensils, or serving ware. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any product.

To help ensure the safety of our customers, we provide allergen information in accordance with the following policy.

Allergen Information

We provide allergen information for each product covering the nine mandatory allergen ingredients and the 20 recommended allergen ingredients designated under Japan's Food Labeling Standards.
Allergen information can be accessed by scanning the QR code printed in each store's menu book.

If a product contains an allergen relevant to you, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing or consuming that product based on your own judgment.
Our allergen information is prepared based on ingredient information and food labeling provided by our suppliers and manufacturers.

Individual Accommodation

Effective August 1, 2026, we will no longer accept requests for the removal, substitution, or modification of ingredients due to food allergies.
In addition, we are unable to provide allergen information or respond to individual inquiries regarding ingredients other than the nine mandatory allergen ingredients and the 20 recommended allergen ingredients.

Before Using Our Products and Services

Food allergy symptoms vary from person to person.
Our products are prepared, manufactured, and served using shared kitchens, cooking equipment, facilities, tableware, tongs, and other utensils that are also used for products containing allergens. As a result, cross-contact through airborne particles or trace amounts of allergens may occur during preparation or manufacturing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.

To prioritize the safety of our customers, we reserve the right to decline to provide products if we determine that we cannot do so safely or if a customer has a severe food allergy.

Before using our products or services, please review this policy and the applicable allergen information carefully. We ask that you make your final decision based on your own health condition and, where appropriate, the advice of your physician.
