IWAI LAGER is a crisp, refreshing craft lager with subtle aromas reminiscent of hinoki cypress and flowers—an easy-drinking beer you’ll never tire of. It features Sorachi Ace hops, originally developed in Japan, later recognized overseas, and eventually reintroduced back into Japan. With notes of wood and lemongrass, Sorachi Ace was chosen for both its unique story and the aromatic profile it brings. Crafted to pair perfectly with grilled dishes, it also complements herb-forward Asian and Mexican cuisine. A versatile lager designed to elevate the dining experience at HUGE restaurants.

IWAI Lager is a golden-hued craft pilsner brewed with soft, low-mineral water. While rooted in traditional styles like Czech Bohemian Pilsner and German Pilsner, it uses modern hops to bring out a slightly more pronounced aroma, placing it in the “International Pilsner” category. This beer blends the clean, classic character of a traditional lager with the unique personality and story of a craft brew. Designed to complement food without overpowering it, IWAI Lager is a crisp, easy-drinking beer you’ll want to enjoy from the first sip to the last.
