Exciting and Flavorful Cuisine for Everyday Use!
Named after a modern Asian restaurant in San Francisco which existed in the 90’s where I was truly “shocked “ by the new experience I had. Simply yet flavorful South-East Asian cuisines, avant-garde and playful cocktail list and Napa wines which were still “unknown” back then. I wanted to create that place but with modern remix. Adding DIMSUM to our flavorful Thai Vietnamese cuisine that we have created in GINGER GRASS and Madam Mỹ.
