You can enjoy a wide variety of soba dishes, including classics like zaru soba as well as options like bukkake soba.
Our head chef and in-house buyer carefully source premium ingredients from across Japan,
offering tempura made with the finest products and perfectly paired small dishes to accompany your soba.
In addition to sake and shochu, we also take great care in selecting wines that enhance the flavors of Japanese cuisine.
