"S" from the name of this restaurant is the capital letter of "Shinjuku", "Station", "Southern Terrace", and "Standard."
This "Standard" indicate our intention to offer high standard cuisine and service. The restaurant creates an atmosphere like an archive reminiscent of Manhattan's SOHO, with the wide-open space of the window seats, a standing bar, glass-enclosed private rooms, and relaxing sofa seats. From sandwiches made with carefully chosen bread to crispy yet juicy fried chicken, we offer a cuisine that combines the free essence of the American West Coast with the special attention we pay to our ingredients.
