【QUAYS / Yokohama】Weekday Morning Menu Now Available from July 1!
pleased to announce the expansion of its morning menu — previously offered exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays — to weekdays as well, starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Morning service will be available from 8:00 to 10:15, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing morning by the sea breeze not only on weekends, but on weekdays too.
Please note that the weekday morning menu differs in content from the Saturday, Sunday, and holiday menu.

Josper Grilled Chicken and Kale Salad (with Bread)

Marinating the chicken before grilling keeps it moist and enhances its aroma.
Rich pecorino romano and balsamic dressing bring the dish together.
Acaí Yogurt Bowl with Honey

An acaí bowl generously topped with fresh fruit and granola.
Rather than blending yogurt into the acaí, strained yogurt is added as a topping.
Honey is served on the side, so guests can drizzle as much as they like.
Fried Chicken and Waffle with Maple Syrup

A combination of crispy, juicy fried chicken and a fluffy, homemade waffle.
Maple syrup is served on the side for guests to pour generously.
