Domaine Chanson
Committed to whole-cluster fermentation.
Domaine Chanson is one of the oldest producers among the major houses based in Beaune, with a history dating back to 1750. Using a 15th-century bastion located in the heart of Beaune as its cellar, Domaine Chanson continues to master the terroir of Burgundy. Originally owning 43 hectares primarily in the Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of the Côte de Beaune, the estate acquired an additional 45 hectares in the Côte Chalonnaise in 2023, bringing its total estate-owned vineyards across Burgundy to 88 hectares.
Chanson’s distinctive style features rich aromas that harmoniously blend complexity, balance, and elegance.
Harvesting is done by hand. To express the unique character of each terroir, the wines are vinified separately for each plot according to the specific climate.
