Notice of Appointment of New External Directors and Corporate Auditors at HUGE Co., Ltd.

HUGE Co., Ltd. hereby announces the appointment of new Outside Directors and an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member, as outlined below, as part of our ongoing efforts to further strengthen our management structure.

These appointments are made under our strategic partnership with L Catterton, with the aim of integrating global expertise with HUGE’s management resources to further enhance our governance framework and management capabilities as we enter our next phase of growth.

The newly appointed outside officers each bring extensive experience and specialized expertise in the food service, consumer, and management fields. Through their independent perspectives and professional insights, they will contribute to the execution of our mid- to long-term growth strategy and the sustainable enhancement of corporate value.
