With our bakers facing flour and ingredients with honesty and care, we seek to express in bread the essence cultivated through restaurants such as RIGOLETTO. From this aspiration, our bakery was born.
Our goal is simple: bread you would want to eat every day — honest, timeless, and never tiring.
Our signature fresh donuts, cream buns, melon bread, and curry bread are crafted with the same care, elevating familiar classics with a subtle touch of distinction. Every loaf carries the unmistakable Shibuichi touch.
Surrounded by the calm greenery of Jingumae, we deliver bread that enriches everyday life, accompanied by the aroma of the oven.
