SOW COFFEE at NEWoMan Takanawa will host two coffee seminars in November: a Hand Drip Seminar and a Coffee Roasting Seminar.

At the Hand Drip Seminar, participants will taste four different coffees served at SOW COFFEE and discover the unique aromas and flavors of each, including our signature single-origin coffees and blends.
The Coffee Roasting Seminar will feature an intermediate-level session for the first time. Taking your roasting skills one step further, this hands-on seminar invites participants to envision their ideal flavor profile, create their own roasting profile, and put it into practice. How do changes in heat application and roasting time affect the flavor of coffee beans? Discover the differences firsthand through the roasting experience.
