【SOW COFFEE / TAKANAWA】Monthly Coffee Workshops｜Discover Your Favorite Cup at SOW COFFEE

At SOW COFFEE at NEWoMan Takanawa, we will be hosting two coffee seminars in September: a “Hand Drip Seminar” and a “Coffee Roasting Seminar.”
At the “Hand Drip Seminar,” participants can taste and compare four types of coffee beans served at SOW COFFEE, experiencing the unique aromas and flavors of each. Enjoy our signature single-origin coffees and blends while learning more about the characteristics of each bean.
At the “Coffee Roasting Seminar,” participants will use a Stronghold coffee roaster to learn the fundamentals of coffee roasting and how changes in temperature affect flavor. Experience the transformation of the beans up close and discover the fascinating depth of coffee roasting.
Both seminars are held in small groups, offering an opportunity to learn about coffee from the basics through hands-on experience.
