We are truly honored to celebrate our 20th anniversary this year.

Our entire staff offers our most heartfelt gratitude.
The culinary vision of our founding chef, Jun Takishima, has been seamlessly passed to our current head chef,Naoyuki Kojima.
Our leadership has also evolved,
from our first manager John Takada and second manager Hajime Toda to our current manager, Satoshi Suzuki.
Amidst these changes, our floor manager,
Tomo Asai, has been here since the day we opened—continuing to welcome guests in this very space for two decades.
Valuing both evolution and tradition, we strive to remain a place of comfort and excitement for our guests.
