【SOW COFFEE / TAKANAWA】August Workshops｜Discover Your Favorite Cup at SOW COFFEE

SOW COFFEE at NEWoMan Takanawa will be hosting “Hand Drip Coffee Workshops” and “Roasting Workshops” throughout August.
In the “Hand Drip Coffee Workshop,” participants will compare four different coffee beans served at SOW COFFEE and experience the unique aromas and flavors of each. Alongside our signature single-origin coffees and blends, we will also feature our limited-time summer blend “Hibiscus.”

In the “Roasting Workshop,” participants will learn the basics of coffee roasting and how temperature changes affect flavor using the Stronghold roasting machine. Experience the fascinating process of how coffee beans transform and discover the depth and craftsmanship behind every cup.
Both workshops are held in small groups, offering an opportunity to learn everything from the fundamentals of coffee to hands-on techniques.
