MESSAGE There’s a quote by Konosuke
Matsushita that I often reflect on:

"If you have an unshakable belief in yourself, you can move forward step by step without comparing yourself to others."

Every time I revisit these words, I ask myself:

— Is what we're doing truly needed in this world?
— Are we genuinely being embraced by our guests?
— And most importantly, are we continuously living up to the expectations placed on us?

In the wake of the pandemic, the very essence of what a restaurant is — and the relationships born within it — have transformed.

That is precisely why, as we mark our 20th anniversary, I find myself reappreciating the unwavering "belief" we envisioned when we first founded HUGE.

We do not compare ourselves to others.
We remain true to the values we hold dear.

Our mission is to create restaurants that become part of the cultural fabric of the cities we serve — places only we can bring to life.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, HUGE took on the bold challenge of opening three new restaurants simultaneously—its largest expansion to date.
