The Japan Barista Championship (JBC) is Japan's premier competition to determine the country's top barista.In this seminar, Yuto Yoshida, a JBC 2022 and 2023 semifinalist, will recreate the competition experience by preparing the three beverages served in the championship: an espresso, milk beverage, and signature beverage.Through live demonstrations, you'll learn about the competition format, judging criteria, and what makes the JBC so exciting.
