DAZZLE, a modern Italian restaurant that has been shining in Ginza for the past 16 years, has prepared a once-a-year extravaganza of oseki-yoshiki for a limited number of 80 servings. How about welcoming the new year with this eye-catching Italian Osebetsu?
Kojima’s modern Italian cuisine is based on the traditional methods of the various regions of Italy and uses seasonal ingredients in abundance. This time, we have delved deeply into the ingredients of Kyushu, a “treasure house of food” that is often served at DAZZLE, and propose new dishes as a new festive offering.
