A special wine tasting dinner will be held on February 21st, featuring the third generation owner of Domaine Chevrolet & Fils, one of the top domaines in the Côte d'Or!

A special wine tasting and sales event featuring wine producers will be held at La Galerie Wine Shop/Le Bistro in Kitasando. We will be inviting Pablo Chevrolet, third-generation owner of Domaine Chevrolet & Fils, a top domaine in the Côte d'Or. Chef Tomoaki Osonoi will be preparing a special course menu showcasing the true essence of French cuisine, paired with exquisite wines.

Domaine Chevro is a small, family-run business based in the village of Maranges, the southern gateway to the Côte d'Or. The estate produces 15 AOC wines from its 18 hectares of vineyards in Maranges and Santenay. The average age of the vines is 30 years, with the oldest being 75 years old. The estate is run by brothers Pablo and Vincent Chevro, both of whom hold degrees in oenology. The estate received organic farming certification in 2008, and together, the brothers (and their two horses) continue to produce wines true to the terroir.
