Tasting Notes

Aromas of grapefruit peel, lemon blossom, pear, peach, crisp apple, and a hint of hops waft through the air. The palate is dry, with high acidity and a beautiful crisp texture.

After earning a college scholarship through American football, Andrew Jones majored in agricultural management and fell in love with viticulture. He graduated while working part-time at a grape nursery and decided to stay there. He was later given enough grapes to make his own wine, and began making wine. He uses grapes from single vineyards, capturing the land and terroir in his wines, and when he blends grapes from various vineyards, he records them as "wonderwalls." These soul-stirring wines are born from the tranquil vineyards.
