Thank you for your continued support of The HUGE CLUB.

Following the disclosure of a critical security vulnerability in software widely used across web services, we have temporarily suspended The HUGE CLUB as a precautionary measure to protect our customers’ information.

This suspension is not the result of a cyberattack against our company. At this time, we have found no evidence of unauthorized access or leakage of customers’ personal information. This precautionary measure has been taken to prevent potential security risks and ensure that our customers can continue to use The HUGE CLUB with confidence.

■ Reservations

Reservation details cannot currently be viewed or modified through The HUGE CLUB.
For reservation inquiries or changes, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or email.

■ Rewards

Reward redemption and earning are temporarily unavailable.
Please keep your receipt, as it may be required for verification at a later date.
Information regarding rewards earned from visits during the suspension period will be provided by email once we have verified the system status.

■ Resumption of The HUGE CLUB Services

Services will resume once the necessary security patches have been applied and system safety has been confirmed.
We will notify you by email when services resume.
