Hills’ Annual Summer Event「Hill’s Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2025 」Started on Saturday, June 28th!

This time, three Hills locations – Roppongi, Azabudai, and Toranomon – are competing. Two locations are participating: Roppongi Hills’ “RIGOLETTO BAR AND GRILL” and Toranomon Hills’ “THE GRILL TORANOMON”.
After you’ve eaten your burger, cast your digital vote! Plus, you can collect stamps every time you eat a limited edition burger to get a coupon. Be sure to enjoy the taste and experience that’s only available this summer!

THE GRILL TORANOMON
Rossini Burger with Kuroge Wagyu beef and foie gras from Arita Farm, Miyazaki Prefecture　¥2,400-

The patty is made from a well-balanced mix of high-quality Japanese black beef from Arita Farm and Yamato pork. On top of that is a luxurious thick-sliced sauteed foie gras. The rich flavor comes from the Perigueux sauce, which is based on Madeira wine and contains the flavor of beef simmered for a long time and the aroma of truffles.
Limited to 20 meals per day

RIGOLETTO BAR AND GRILL
Spicy Lamb Burger with Homemade Arissa and Bacon ¥2,145-

The patty is made from coarsely ground lamb shoulder meat and has a refreshing flavor with the aroma of rosemary. The combination of the three types of chili peppers, homemade alissa, chipotle sauce with the deep flavor of smoked jalapeno, and jalapeno, will take you on a trip to a foreign country with just one bite. The vivid aroma of coriander is also a perfect accent for the hot season. It also contains bacon and smoked cheese, making it a very satisfying meal.
