An entertaining journey of discovery through the history of the prestigious Frescobaldi family and the evolution of modern Italian wine.
Tradition meets innovation —— from the introduction of French grape varieties in 1855 to the elegance of Chianti Rufina, the pioneering history of Brunello, and the timeless Vin Santo. Discover the stories behind each wine while experiencing a one-of-a-kind winemaker's dinner, where ingredients rooted in the local terroir resonate with the wines in a pairing designed to engage all five senses.

DAZZLE Executive Chef Kojima will present a special course inspired by the terroir of Tuscany. Enjoy a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with the wines, beginning with an exceptional white and culminating in a luxurious comparison of two distinctive reds that showcase the contrasting terroirs of northern and southern Tuscany.

Born in Madrid, Spain, and currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.

With more than 20 years of experience in the wine industry, he is a seasoned wine professional who has built his career primarily in the Asian market, working closely with renowned wineries from around the world. Through hundreds of tastings, masterclasses, and seminars, he has also dedicated himself to promoting wine culture and education throughout the region.

Guided by his belief that “wine becomes richer when shared,” he continues to create memorable experiences that bring people together through wine.
