Ema Koeda & LA GALERIE Special Event! Introduction to “Wine×Food+Bridge” Magical Pairing
Special event with Ema Koeda and LA GALERIE
Thank you for your continued patronage of LA GALERIE.New lessons will start at LA GALERIE from September 2025!
In this lesson, based on the three-step “pairing equation” devised by Ema Koeda, you will learn how to understand the characteristics of wine, how to choose ingredients to enjoy wine even more at home, and cooking tips.
Ema Koeda is the Japan representative of the Napa Valley Wine Association and is a specialist in California wine and cuisine, having previously worked as a chef at Chalk Hills, a private winery in Napa Valley.
By learning the secrets to “magical pairing,” wine and food complement each other, you can add a special ingredient to your everyday snacks or adapt your everyday cooking to complement wine perfectly—elevating your wine-tasting experience at home!
This event will be held four times in total, with each session limited to 12 people.
You can participate in a one-off session, but if you participate in all four sessions, you will definitely gain the ability to put together your own pairings!
