J. Lassalle is a talented domaine that has continued to develop through generations of women.
Olga, the wife of founder Jules Lassalle, and her daughter Chantal have developed the Domaine over three generations of women while maintaining the traditional methods.
All harvesting is done by hand, and only the best grapes are used after strict selection. The latest presses have been introduced, allowing for the production of juice with higher purity. Bottle aging is at least four years for non-vintage wines, and six to ten years for vintage wines. In addition, they continue traditional methods such as manual remiage (bottle moving), and always aim to produce high-quality champagne without sparing any effort.
For over 30 years, Jules Lassalle has been sending out champagne to the world through the hands of women. The femininity, brilliance, and cleanliness that are unique to women are now indispensable characteristics when talking about this maison.
