We will be hosting a winemaker’s dinner with Alessio Planeta, the current owner of “Planeta, the master of white wine”. The lineup will be centered around acclaimed white wines. The highlight will be a magnum of back vintage Chardonnay!

IL VIAGGIO head chef Adachi has specially created a course menu inspired by the flavorful ingredients and local cuisine of each region of Sicily, which has a different climate, to go with the mellow wine.

We will guide you on a one-night trip to the holy land of Sicilian wine with a course and wine!
