Our pizzaiolo (pizza chef) crafts each pizza in a wood-fired oven, achieving a perfect balance of chewiness, aroma, and lightness with a dough hydration level of 69%. The result is an “airy texture” pizza baked at high temperatures—so delicious, you’ll want more than just one slice!

The menu features 10 pizzas in two main categories:
CLASSIC — Timeless options like Margherita and Marinara.
MODERN — Unique, playful creations like the “Crazy Cheese” pizza, piled high with as much cheese as dough, or a pizza finished with freshly shaved black truffle at your table.
