NEW OPEN "Molé TAQUERIA Y BAR", a new business model and taqueria concept for enjoying tacos, will open in the Shin-Marunouchi Building on Monday, April 17, 2023!

A long-awaited new business model will be born in the HUGE Mexican group, which has been proposing a new Mexican food culture.

The concept of this new business model is “taqueria. Taqueria means a restaurant where people enjoy mainly tacos. This is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the unique taqueria culture, a mixture of modernity and tradition that has developed on the West Coast of the U.S., including Los Angeles.

The name of the restaurant is Molé TAQUERIA Y BAR. Molé” in the restaurant name means sauce used in Mexican cuisine. The illustration in the logo represents “mole” in Mayan. Mole, which is essential to Mexican cuisine including tacos, and the Mayan civilization, the origin of Mexico, are inseparably linked. The logo also expresses our desire to express the basics and history of tacos in a new way based on them.
