Ginza cucina del NABUCCO’s handmade signature cheese, the highly popular “Seasonal Fruit Burrata,” has a new menu item.
A whole fig, which has a gentle sweetness that goes well with the cheese, is wrapped inside.

Figs are in season from August to October.

HUGE’s fruit and vegetable buyers carefully select plump, fresh figs that are fully ripened and prepared so that you can fully enjoy their distinctive mellow aroma and mellow pulp.
The figs are melt-in-your-mouth sweet, and the milky mozzarella and fresh cream give the dish a rich and luxurious flavor.

All fresh cheeses served at cucina del NABUCCO, including the seasonal fruit burrata, are carefully made one by one in our cheese factory.
We use fresh raw milk from Hida cows raised in the rich nature of Hida in Gifu. In order to make delicious cheese, we control the freshness and temperature of the raw milk thoroughly every day, and handle it “gently and without touching” to pursue the smooth taste of the cheese. This is cucina del NABUCCO’s commitment to cheese making.

In addition to Burrata, fresh cheeses such as Mozzarella, Ricotta, Stracciatella, etc. are available in the restaurant and can be enjoyed with seasonal ingredients.
