The new “Melting Cherry Burrata” is now available in the Melting Seasonal Fruit Burrata in limited quantities for the month of June!
It is available in the store and also at the HUGE online store “HUGEst.

One of Cucina del NABUCCO’s signature products, the “Melting Seasonal Fruit Burrata” has been inundated with media coverage whenever a new product is introduced.
This long-awaited 8th release is a lovely-looking product that uses luxurious Sato Nishiki.

The moment you put the knife in, the creamy cream and cherries overflow.
The combination of cherries and creamy cream makes you smile.

Cherries are at their best in early summer, and are in season right now. And the time when they can be eaten is very short and limited. HUGE’s buyers select and purchase the most delicious cherries of the season, and use cherries from Yamanashi, Yamagata, and other regions according to the time of year.

The seeds of Sato Nishiki cherries, which are perfect in terms of size, sweetness, and color, are removed, and the cherries are soaked in organic cherry syrup from France to enhance their aroma. The cherries, which have lost just the right amount of acidity and become sweet, with soft and juicy skin, are wrapped in burrata with “homemade cherry cream” made by boiling down cherry puree, eggs, organic sugar, and butter.
The juicy juice of the cherries and the refreshing sourness of the rind combine with the rich and milky cheese to create a rich, rich flavor that spreads softly and smoothly in the mouth.

Of course, you can also enjoy it at our actual store in Ginza. At the store, it is served with a luxurious and generous spread of thin, fluffy slices of freshly sliced prosciutto ham.
