QUAYS pacific grill, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Yokohama Minato Mirai and feel as if you are dining on board a ship, will offer a breakfast menu every day during April 29 to May 8.

Please enjoy the breakfast menu, which is usually available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays.

You can enjoy an elegant breakfast time with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans from our coffee roastery. We also recommend the terrace, which commands a panoramic view of Minato Mirai in the pleasant spring breeze.

We offers a wide variety of 9 breakfast dishes, such as pancakes with smoked salmon salad, caramelized banana French toast, and more.

QUAYS offers 6 varieties of salmon, among which is the Scottish salmon that we pair with our pancakes.

Scottish salmon has a good balance of fat and lean meat, making it suitable for smoking. It is sprinkled with Scotch whisky Dewar’s and smoked to enhance its flavor and aroma. As an accompaniment, a salad with avocado and red onion with fresh lemon dressing, homemade basil mayonnaise, and dill, which goes well with the salmon, is served on top. Enjoy it with the mellow salmon, sandwiched in a light-textured pancake!

For those who want something sweeter than salty, try the caramelized banana French toast. It is made with “massamole” made by our bakery “Shibuichi”. Massamole is a soft baguette with the texture of bread, which soaks up the egg quickly and makes for a juicy French toast.Enjoy it with caramelized crunchy bananas, nuts, and whipped cream.

Served on a griddle, you can enjoy it hot to the end.

Along with the breakfast menu, we highly recommend the craft beer brewed at NUMBER NINE BREWERY!

“Beer in the morning?”  But with Super Session IPA, a low-alcohol craft beer with an alcohol percentage of 1.2%, you can feel refreshed and positive about your holiday morning.

Besides, QUAYS pacific grill offers a variety of other beers, such as “Number Nine Hazy,” a juicy pale ale that won a gold medal at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2022, and “Coffee Stout,” made from coffee beans roasted at the Hammerhead Roastery, which is also located at the restaurant. You can also enjoy seasonal beers made with a variety of ingredients that only a brewery attached to a restaurant can offer.
