特定原材料9品目・特定原材料に準ずる20品目のアレルギー情報をご案内しております。食材の除去・変更などの個別対応は承っておりません。また、同一厨房・設備で調理・製造しているため、アレルゲンの微量混入を完全に防ぐことはできません。

ドリンクに使用している酒類の銘柄はご案内いたしますが、スピリッツやリキュール等の原材料については、メーカーから十分な原材料情報が提供されていない場合があるため、アレルギー情報提供の対象外とさせていただきます。

We provide allergen information for the 9 specified allergens and 20 additional allergens as defined under Japanese food labelling regulations. We are unable to accommodate individual requests such as the removal or substitution of ingredients. Please also be aware that, as all dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen using shared equipment, we cannot fully prevent trace cross-contamination.

We are happy to share the brand names of spirits and liqueurs used in our drinks; however, as manufacturers do not always provide full ingredient details for these products, allergen information for spirits, liqueurs, and similar items falls outside the scope of what we are able to disclose.
