This casual French dining spot applies many of the winning techniques cultivated by HUGE at its flagship fine-dining emporium, Restaurant DAZZLE. From side dishes to main courses, the chefs serve up cuisine of the highest quality. The smorgasbord of desserts includes homemade ice cream mixed with fruit and other ingredients. Both the service and cuisine at this brasserie is authentic. The never formal BRASSERIE D & SWEETROOM offers French dining that can be casually enjoyed every day. The brand color is the same pink used in the interior, creating a women-friendly space that contrasts with the rather masculine tone of Nihonbashi. Sweet dishes are abundant, with an extensive menu of dessert courses also created with the women in mind. Neither formal nor over the top, BRASSERIE D & SWEETROOM is a restaurant for men and women, old and young alike. Close to the subway and department stores, this brasserie is equally comfortable as a cafe.

Authentic cuisine offered at casual pricing. Unlike many casual restaurants that cut corners in complex cooking processes, the chefs at BRASSERIE D & SWEETROOM carefully prepare each dish to perfection. For example, the stock for the bouillabaisse is drawn three times to concentrate the flavor of the seafood in the soup. Japanese-style hamburger patties, prepared by hand from fine wagyu beef, is baked in a Dutch oven and served with plenty of demi-glace sauce. Bread is baked fresh from scratch every day, and the impressive dessert menu includes ice cream mixed with fruit on granite at subzero temperatures. One taste and you will never forget this exceptional quality and value.

Between the fine dining of DAZZLE and it’s more casual cuisine RIGOLETTO you’ll find our French Brasserie D & Sweetroom. I personally recommend our 300 yen ~ 500 yen tapas and Dutch oven dishes. One cannot miss our infamous “Sweetroom” cold stone counter upon entering the restaurant where you’ll witness firsthand the process of our delectable sweets being crafted perfectly to compliment your dinner. Although most of our guests are ladies, mature gentlemen can also enjoy a cigar in the lounge. Families can also dine comfortably as well. Come, let our traditional and innovative dishes surprise and delight your senses.

The kitchen in our restaurant is built higher than our dining room and open to view, so we have a chance to see how our customers are doing.
Many customers arrange surprise parties here, and when we do things like decorating a message on the dessert, we strive to make the presentation so magnificent that it will draw an immediate response.
We also take pride in offering seasonal ingredients, accompanying our chef to Tsukiji Market.
And since, as the name of our restaurant implies, we are particular about our desserts. We hope that workers or shoppers might naturally wend their way here as a favorite stop in Nihonbashi.
